I. PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE – RETURN
Product exchanges must be made within 05 days from the date the customer receives the product.
The product must remain in its original condition, with full labels, equipment, and included accessories.
The product must not have been repaired, contaminated, or damaged.
Returned products must include complete packaging, labels, and product codes on the outside.
Returned products must include invoices and related documents during the product purchase process.
II. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE – RETURN
Products specifically regulated by us as not eligible for exchange/return after purchase.
Products purchased during promotional periods where the product exchange/return policy does not apply.
III. REFUND
When exchanging for a new product, customers will receive a refund of the remaining amount if the new product has a lower value than the original product.
Customers will receive a refund based on the value of the product confirmed as eligible for exchange/return after our company has inspected and received the returned goods.
