I. Eligible Products for Return & Exchange
- Product exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must remain in their original condition, with full labels, tags, equipment, and accompanying accessories.
- Products must not have been repaired, soiled, or damaged.
- Returned items must include intact packaging, labels, and product codes on the exterior.
- Returned products must be accompanied by the original invoice and relevant purchase documents.
II. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
- Products that have been specifically stated by us as non-returnable/non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
- Products purchased during promotion or discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
III. Refunds
- If an exchange is made for a new product with a lower value than the original, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
- Customers will receive a 100% refund if the returned product passes inspection and is accepted by our company.
