II. Transaction Security
- To ensure all transactions are successfully processed and to minimize any potential risks, customers are advised to provide complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when placing orders so that we can quickly get in touch should any issues arise.
- For transactions where goods are received at the customer’s site, payment should only be made after detailed inspection and satisfaction with the products.
- When making online payments via domestic ATM cards, Visa, or MasterCard, customers should perform the transaction themselves and keep card information confidential. We do not store customers’ card details; all transactions are processed through the bank’s secure payment gateway. Customers are fully responsible for safeguarding their card information.
- In case of any errors occurring during the online payment process, NGO THANH THANH CO., LTD will resolve the issue within 7 working days from the date of receiving information from the customer.
