II. TRANSACTION SECURITY ASSURANCE
To ensure that transactions are completed successfully and minimize possible risks, buyers should provide complete information (name, address, phone number, email) when making purchases so that we can quickly contact buyers in case any errors occur.
In cases where goods are received at the buyer's location, buyers should only make payment after carefully inspecting the goods and being satisfied with the product.
When making online payments using domestic ATM cards, Visa, or Master cards, buyers should perform the payment themselves and must not disclose card information. We do not store buyers' card information after payment. Payments are processed through the linked banking system, ensuring that customer card information is kept strictly confidential.
In case an error occurs during the online payment process, we will resolve the issue for customers within 1 working week from the time we receive the information from the person who conducted the transaction.
