Definition
Inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the shipment we deliver against the items specified in the customer’s order.
Time of Inspection
Our company allows customers to conduct joint inspection with our delivery staff at the time of receipt.
After receiving the goods, if customers discover any discrepancies, they can contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with exchange or return. Note: Customers are advised to record a video when unboxing the package for verification when needed.
Scope of Inspection
Customers are entitled to count the actual quantity of products received and compare them with the order details as confirmed by our staff, based on the following criteria:
- Basic product attributes: product name, unit of measurement, quantity, packaging specifications, and country of origin.
- Product model and appearance as displayed in the representative images saved at the time of order placement and order confirmation.
Customers must not open or break any product boxes with security or warranty seals.
Steps to Follow When Received Goods Do Not Match the Order
- If during the joint inspection, the products received do not match the order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately to re-confirm the order details.
- If the discrepancy is due to our packing mistake, the customer may refuse to accept and not pay for the shipment. If the order has already been paid, the customer may request a replacement shipment or a refund, which will be processed promptly.
- If the order was packed correctly but the customer changes their mind, the customer may request an exchange or return in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
