DEFINITION
Goods inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the package we deliver with the products included in the customer's order.
Inspection Time
Our company allows customers to inspect the goods together with the delivery staff at the time of receiving the goods.
After receiving the goods, if customers recheck and find any discrepancies, they may contact our customer service department for assistance with exchanges or returns. Please note that customers should record a video while opening the package for verification when necessary.
Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers are allowed to count the quantity of products actually received, check, compare, and match the received products with the products ordered after the staff has confirmed the order based on the following criteria:
- According to the basic product attributes: product name, unit of measurement, quantity, packaging specifications, and product origin.
- According to the product model/design displayed in the product representative image saved when placing the order and after the order has been confirmed by the staff.
- Absolutely do not open or remove seals from product boxes with sealed labels or warranty/security stickers.
STEPS FOR HANDLING WHEN THE RECEIVED GOODS DO NOT MATCH THE ORDERED GOODS
When customers inspect the goods together with the delivery staff and the received product does not match the product ordered, please contact us so that our customer service department can verify the order again.
If our company packs the wrong order according to the customer's request, the customer may refuse to receive the goods and refuse payment. In case the order has already been paid, the customer may request a new shipment or not. We will refund the customer as soon as possible.
If our company has packed the goods correctly according to the order, but the customer changes their needs, the customer may request an exchange or return and apply the goods exchange and return policy.
