I. PURPOSE
This policy sets out the guidelines for shipping, delivery, and installation services with the aim of adding greater value to the products purchased by our customers.
All goods are supplied and delivered directly by NGO THANH THANH CO., LTD, without using any third-party shipping services.
II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1 Applicable Customers:
All customers purchasing products from NGO THANH THANH CO., LTD.
2.2 Applicable Areas:
- Nationwide delivery within Vietnam.
- Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City (urban area).
- Additional delivery fees for suburban districts and other provinces will be communicated in advance and confirmed with the customer before shipment.và được sự đồng ý của khách hàng trước khi tiến hành giao hàng.
III. POLICY DETAILS
3.1 For products available in stock:
- Once an order is received, we will proceed with delivery based on the shipping information provided by the customer. The delivery schedule will be communicated directly to the customer in advance. Each shipment will include relevant product documents along with a delivery handover record (e.g., Delivery Note, VAT Invoice).
- Upon receipt of goods, the customer shall sign the delivery handover record and return a signed copy to us.
3.2 For products delivered directly (on-site handover):
- After receiving the agreed deposit and confirming stock availability, we will arrange a handover schedule for the product(s) or system(s). Once the handover is completed, the customer shall sign the delivery handover record to acknowledge receipt.
