I. PURPOSE
Regulations on delivery and installation policies with the aim of creating added value for products when customers make purchases.
All goods are directly supplied by CÔNG TY TNHH NGÔ THANH THANH, and third-party shipping services are not used.
II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
2.1 Applicable subjects
All customers purchasing products from CÔNG TY TNHH NGÔ THANH THANH.
2.2 Applicable areas
Nationwide delivery.
Free shipping within inner Ho Chi Minh City.
Additional costs incurred for suburban and interprovincial delivery will be notified to customers and require customer approval before delivery is carried out.
III. CONTENT
3.1 For products available in stock
After receiving the order, we will proceed with delivering the goods to the customer. The delivery information will be provided by the customer. The delivery time will be notified to the customer by us. The package will include product documents along with the product handover record (for example: Goods Delivery Note, VAT Invoice).
After receiving the goods, the customer will sign the handover record and return it to us.
3.2 For products handed over directly
After receiving the advance payment and confirming that the goods are available in stock, we will schedule the product/technology handover with the customer. After completing the product handover, the customer will sign the product handover record.
